If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear and all tags and certificates must be included.
On Special Orders and special ring sizes, their is no return accepted. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $49.99 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount.
Whites & Company Jewelry reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a store credit on any other item, excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. We only offer store credit we do not refund money.
Once you have contacted us for your item or item's return, we recommend shipping returns insured using USPS Express, Priority Mail or registered insurance. for security purposes, do not write contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
All diamond returns must be original item sold and will be verified by our gemological department. All diamond certificates must be returned with the diamond or there will be a $250 replacement fee for any missing certificates.
